How It Works

Register and verify your identity
Visit the Tulz website, sign up, and verify your identity using Smart-ID or another secure verification method. The process takes just a few minutes.

 

Choose an item and start renting
Once your identity is confirmed and payment information is added, you can select the item you need and start your rental. The rental time begins when you pick up the item and is tracked automatically until it’s returned.

 

Automatic payment
Payment is charged automatically after the item is returned or every 24 hours for longer rentals. (Rental rates are calculated per minute, e.g., €0.05/min.)

Good to know:

  • All orders require a prepayment of €10, which is charged at the time of reservation. If there is any remaining balance after the rental period, it will be refunded.
  • No late fees – the rental fee is calculated automatically until the item is returned.
  • Damage insurance is available (theft is not covered).

To make rentals easy and accessible, we’ve placed our locker in a convenient location and it’s available every day 08:00-22:00, so you can rent what you need whenever it suits you best.
