You’ll only be charged for the actual time the item was in use. If the return failed due to a technical issue on our end, we’ll take full responsibility.

If an item is stolen, please contact our team immediately using the information provided here. Unfortunately, theft is not covered by insurance, so you will be charged the full value of the item.

If the item was damaged during your rental, please return it to the locker and report the damage by filling out the form here.. Describe the situation as clearly as possible.

What happens next depends on whether insurance was purchased:

• If insurance was purchased, no additional fees will be charged (except in cases not covered by the insurance, such as theft).
• If insurance was not purchased, you may be charged the full value of the item or the repair cost — depending on the extent of the damage and whether the item was used according to its instructions.

If you received the wrong item, please return it to the rental locker and contact our support team. Any charges that were made to your payment method will be fully refunded.

Not yet. For now, items must be returned to the same locker from which they were picked up. We’re working on expanding this feature to make returns even more convenient in the future!

Go to the rental locker, scan the QR code, or enter your order number (sent via SMS or email). The locker will automatically open the correct compartment – simply place the rented item inside and close the door.

The rental period will stop as soon as the item is returned, and the payment will be automatically charged to your saved payment method.

After a successful return, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and/or email, along with your rental invoice.

Yes! You can browse all available products, their descriptions and user manuals in our digital product catalog. That way, you can check out the tools in advance and choose exactly what you need.

Yes, but each item is processed as a separate order.

You can rent up to two items at once. Each rented item must be returned individually – they are not handled as a single combined order.

You can keep the item as long as you need. There’s no fixed return date, but keep in mind that the time is counted continuously until the item is returned.

To get started:

1. Go to tulz.lv, sign up, and verify your identity.
2. Add your payment method.
3. Choose the item you want to rent and make a reservation.
4. Head to the rental locker location and pick up your item.

Your rental will start automatically after you pick up the item, or after 15 minutes of free reservation time.

Yes – the invoice will be sent to the email address you provided after the payment is completed.

If the item has already been returned but the payment doesn’t go through, we’ll automatically retry the payment every 24 hours for up to 5 days. If the payment still fails after that, the case will be forwarded to a collections process.

We accept credit cards and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

No security deposit is required. However, all rentals include a €10 prepayment, which is charged at the time of reservation. This amount is fully or partially refunded after the rental, depending on the final usage.

Payment is automatically charged either after the item is returned or every 24 hours if the rental is ongoing. The amount is charged to the payment method provided during registration.

The rental fee is calculated automatically based on the actual usage time.
The tariff starts per minute (for example, €0.15/min).
Once you reach 60 minutes, the hourly rate is applied automatically (€9.00/h).

After that, the system ensures you never overpay:
as soon as the accumulated hourly cost becomes more expensive than the 24-hour price, the system automatically switches to the 24-hour tariff.

Example: for an item with a €9.00/h rate, after 3.33 hours the system will automatically change the price to the 24-hour tariff.
